§ 00

Agreement to These Terms

          By downloading, installing, or using Tomb Logic ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
        

§ 01

License

CanMage, LLC ("we", "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Distribute, sublicense, lease, or sell the Game
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

§ 02

Intellectual Property

The Game, including all level designs, artwork, code, music, sound effects, and trademarks, is owned by CanMage, LLC and protected by international copyright and intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

§ 03

App Store Terms

If you obtained the Game through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use is also subject to the terms of those stores. In the event of a conflict between those terms and ours, the store's terms govern with respect to distribution and payment, and these terms govern with respect to game content and use.

§ 04

In-App Purchases

Any optional in-app purchases offered within the Game are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law. Refund requests must be directed to the respective store.

§ 05

Disclaimers

          The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
        

§ 06

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanMage, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Game in the preceding twelve months.

§ 07

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license to use the Game at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the Game. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease.

§ 08

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

§ 09

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
