Welcome to Vidca. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our camera and video application. By downloading, installing, or using Vidca, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vidca, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

3. Description of Service

Vidca provides a camera and video recording application for iOS devices. Features include video recording, photo capture, slow motion, time-lapse, cinematic filters, and other camera utilities. All media is processed and stored locally on your device.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Vidca
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
• Your use of the app must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vidca for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Permitted uses include capturing photos and videos for personal use, applying filters and effects to your own content, and saving or sharing media you have created.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Capture or distribute content that violates the privacy or rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to create harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Record individuals without their consent where legally required
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Vidca and all its components — including the app code, UI design, and embedded processing tools — are owned by CanMage and protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the app by downloading or using it.

You retain all rights to the photos and videos you capture using Vidca. We do not claim ownership of your media.

8. Privacy and Data

All media captured in Vidca is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos or videos. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. App Updates and Modifications

We may update Vidca from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimers

Vidca is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-assisted features such as filters may produce results that vary by device and lighting conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Vidca.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CanMage harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Vidca, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using Vidca at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Vidca after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
