Water Cups is a mobile puzzle game developed and published as an independent app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the Water Cups app.

All game progress is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to any external server.
Water Cups offers optional in-app purchases (such as extra lives). All purchases are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive, process, or store any payment or billing information. Please refer to Apple's or Google's privacy policies for details on how they handle purchase data.
We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services into Water Cups. The app does not display ads and does not share data with advertisers.
Water Cups is suitable for all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information from any users, we do not collect personal information from children either. The app complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and equivalent regulations.
Because we collect no data, there is no personal data at risk. Game state is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's own security systems.
