By downloading or using Water Cups, you agree to these Terms of Use. The game is free to play with optional in-app purchases. We hope you enjoy it!
By accessing or using the Water Cups mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the App on your personal device strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Water Cups is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases (such as extra lives or unlimited lives subscriptions) are available.
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and their respective terms apply.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change without notice.
The App and all its content, features, and functionality — including graphics, sounds, game design, and code — are owned by Water Cups and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through binding arbitration.
